This beautiful mama is my cousin Kristy. Kristy and I are less than a year apart so she was my earliest confidant and partner in crime. The last few years have been a whirlwind for Kristy. She found love again and got remarried, she and her husband Ross blended their families of her three teenaged daughters and his teenaged son. They decided to add little Ricky to their family last year then just 15 months later little Jessie Ross. During Kristy’s 6th month of pregnancy Ross suddenly passed away, he had a heart attack while out jogging with his son. I still have a hard time wrapping my head around what she’s going through. I pray for her everyday, that she can find comfort and peace. She’s been so strong for her kids. Through everything you can see a lot of joy, hope, and love right there between them.
