OK, now I’m going to cry! These baby planners graduating is so emotional for me… yes Stella is a year old! It’s hard to believe how fast it’s gone. If you follow my blog you know Stella, I’ve photographed her every month from one week old to now a year. At her newborn session Stella showed us just how feisty she was, an hour and a half in I don’t think I had taken a single picture :) Now she’s a little lady, still full of personality and spunk. Getting to photograph her every month has been an amazing challenge, keeping it fresh and different each time. I’m really proud of what we’ve accomplished, I’ve never had the pleasure of following a child so closely before. Stella’s mom and I may have withdrawals when the middle of the month rolls around and we are not photographing her! Don’t worry, Stella will still be around plenty, I think we’re moving to an every three month plan. So here she is, get a cup of coffee and sit back and enjoy~

Stella was back for her 11 month pictures all ready for her first Christmas! We had some fun letting her explore the tree. Christmas is so magical through the eyes of someone brand new. Next month, I can hardly believe it, Stella will be a year! For now enjoy Stella with some holiday cheer.

Stella was back for her 10 month shots, it’s hard to believe how fast time is flying by! It was a cloudy day verging on rain and I was telling Stella’s mom Cheryl that this is the type of weather I learned to shoot in many, many years ago. While a bright gray sky can be rough for color photography with black and white film in hand it’s perfection. I almost blogged this session entirely in black and white but I thought Cheryl would like to see some Christmas color. Enjoy :)

So Miss Stella was back for her nine month pictures yesterday! When her mom pulled out this deep red dress I squealed, could there be a more perfect color on this baby? The deep red dress + Stella + my green couch = LOVE!!! Enjoy the sneak peek, much more to come…

Stella was back today for her 8 month pictures, can you guess what holiday she is gearing up for??? :) Stella’s mom is a graphic designer and I always love to see what she does with the digital images she purchases! I can hardly wait to see what creeps up for Stella’s first Halloween! I guess the big surprise will be which costume she actually wears for the big night!
