If you follow my blog, or know me well personally, then you know I don’t take many weddings! Mainly because I have a big busy family that likes to see me on the weekends, but here and there if it’s a small or unique event I may be persuaded. Another instance in which I’ll take a wedding is when my wonderful friend Angie of Illuminessence Photography asks me to assist her. This past Saturday I helped Angie shoot the wedding of Robert and Sheena. They were completely adorable and so much fun to be around! I spent most of the day with the groom and his buddies, Angie was with the bride, and we came together for the ceremony and couples shots. Here’s a sneak peek:
Um… how cute is this groom??? The cutest thing about him was how excited he was to marry his girl.
I told the guys this was for Robert’s album cover so make it good :)
This little guy ended up being our mascot for the day. The groomsmen and I had a lot of waiting around to do and the best man found this guy and thought he needed portraits too! He wore him in his boutonniere for the rest of the day, seriously! If you zoomed in to the group shot above you would see him perched there. I felt like the den mother at a frat house but these guys were good natured and lots of fun!
