Meet 16 day old Rorri! Rorri came to the studio yesterday along with her sweet big sister Kalli. Kalli wasn’t entirely sure she wanted in on this photoshoot so we proceeded with just newborn photos of Rorri. It took me some time to get her to sleep but once Rorri was out, she was out! Right at the end we decided to give some sibling shots one more try and I’m so glad we did!!! Kalli could not have been cuter with her sister or more proud. Enjoy the sneak peek, much more to come…
Bringing your older children to your new baby’s photo shoot can often be difficult. It’s long, they get bored, having them toted back and forth can be a logistical problem. I certainly get why some mommies opt to leave them at home. I also know that a week or two later these mommies wish they had some of those sweet shots of them together. Several times now I’ve offered to have the family pop back into the studio for 20 minutes to get some quick shots of the kids, every time I’ve been so thrilled we did! Little Eloise brought big sister Audrey and brother Oliver back for just such a mini shoot. I am in love with the pictures. They’re casual and paired down, not too fussy, they just highlight the children’s wonder at their new baby sister.
Today Riley came back for her 3 month photo shoot. With the tiny 5 pounds and change she started with I was super thrilled to see all the pudge she has put on :) I think Riley remembered her newborn session because as soon as she got into the studio she wanted to fill her belly and sleep! I hesitate to show these only because it will likely never happen again that I get lovely sleeping shots of a three month old, crazy! Riley’s mom Lisa is one of my photography friends and we often go out shooting together, the last shot seemed only appropriate. Enjoy the sneak peek guys, much more to come…
Little Madelyn was back in the studio this week and she brought her 3 year old brother Collin along! He was so cute I could hardly stand it and you could tell just how much he loved her. He was gentle and calm, I must say I was super impressed. My littlest Vaughn is just a few months younger and a tornado in comparison to Collin, good thing he’s cute… we’ll keep him :) Enjoy the sneak peek.

The G family came by for a little photo shoot for their Christmas cards. I can’t believe how big the twins have gotten! You may remember them from their newborn photo shoot and their brother JJ from his one year pictures. It was lots of fun having the whole brood in the studio.
