Meet sweet, sweet, 7 day old Max! Max was the most alert baby I’ve had in a while :) He didn’t want to miss a minute of the party. Eventually Max couldn’t hold out any longer and gave me a little bit of sleep. He was a bit feisty about me positioning him but eventually we worked it out. Enjoy the sneak peek, much more to come…

Having a big family requires lots of love and infinite amounts of patience, but you know the one quality that will really carry the busy mother through? A sense of humor. Photographing my own family certainly requires a sense of humor… and maybe a few cocktails, it’s always an adventure! Photographing my baby planner Stella’s sweet family was an adventure too :) Mom Kate warned me two year old Max might not be on board with having pictures taken. I will admit he gave me a run for my money! In the end I think we got a few Christmas card worthy shots and plenty of outtakes I love! A special thanks to Stella and Max’s wonderful big sisters for being such great sports! Enjoy the sneak peek, much more to come…

Meet gorgeous 10 day old Tyler! Isn’t he something? What a sweetheart. Tyler was a bit feisty about the way I positioned him but once I got him comfy he was an angel! Tyler is a brand new baby planner who’ll be back every four months to capture his first year. Enjoy the sneak peek, much more to come…
Meet Abby and Chris! They are eagerly expecting the birth of their first child next month. We had a super fun maternity session capturing all of the beauty and excitement of Abby’s pregnancy. The next time you see them it will be with their new baby boy. Enjoy the sneak peek, much more to come…
Today Cassel was back for his 5 month shots, boy is he growing fast! We focused on getting some shots of Cassel and his pretty mama Jeanna. He was pretty well done with us at that point but we managed to get a few individual shots too! He’s so precious I just want to pinch his cheeks! OK, maybe I did pinch his cheeks :) Enjoy the sneak peek…
Today I got to photograph 3 week old Max, isn’t he gorgeous? Three weeks is not ideal for newborn photography. After about two weeks babies get so much more unpredictable! I was pleasantly surprised with Max, he was a fantastic sleeper, never made a peep, was as content and sweet as could be. He was super strong though and made sure I knew just how he wanted to lay. Enjoy the sneak peek, much more to come…
Yesterday I had the pleasure to photograph tiny little Vann. Vann was born at just 32 weeks gestation. At 6 weeks old and a scrappy 5.5 pounds he isn’t even due yet! Vann is gaining and thriving and just thoroughly adored by those around him. He was so so good to me and slept like a champ. Vann will be bringing mom and dad back on Saturday for some family shots but here’s a sneak peek of his individuals…
