Meet 16 day old Quincy and Avery! Newborn twins are so difficult to photograph but so worth it when you get it right. It sure didn’t hurt that Quincy and Avery were gorgeous and just so, so sweet! A big thank you to Michaela for coming to assist me today, I definitely needed it! Enjoy the sneak peek, much more to come…

Stella is a very special baby planner I photograph every month, newborn, 1,2,3,4 and now 5 months. I so love seeing Stella every month and getting to document her growth and development. Today Stella was back for her 5 month pictures. We decided to change it up and get outside in the beautiful weather. Stella was so sweet and easy for me today, maybe we need to take her outside for pictures more often! Enjoy the sneak peek, much more to come…

Today I got to meet a cute one, 9 month old Sydney! Sydney was a busy, spunky little girl. She had the absolute best expressions and such an easy laugh, what fun! Sydney didn’t stay in one place for long but who cares when every look you give is this adorable. Enjoy the sneak peek, much more to come…

Meet handsome little Cassel! Cassel’s mom and dad are the publishers of Inside SCV magazine, Kyle an Jeanna Crawford. They called me a few weeks ago to photograph their little prince for his magazine debut! I had to hold off on blogging these until the magazine hit. SCV locals should find the latest Inside SCV in their mailboxes today or you can click on the magazine cover below to read the story of Jeanna’s beautiful homebirth with Renee the midwife and scroll down to see more photos of gorgeous Cassel.

Today I got to meet little Nico, turning two in just a few weeks. Nico was not entirely sure about this whole photo shoot thing! He pouted, he danced, he laughed, he explored, but through it all he was adorable! I like the little story we captured, a day in the life of a two year old– inquisitive, uncertain, joyful . Enjoy the sneak peek, more to come…
You may remember little Stella and Max from Stella’s newborn shoot, hard to believe but she’s already 4 months! Stella and Max are just 17 months apart so photographing them is an adventure for sure. They are so cute and sweet it truly was a joy, but I will admit mom Katherine and I may have needed some margaritas when we were done :) Enjoy the sneak peek, much more to come…
You may remember Karla and Desi from their maternity session a few weeks ago. They got an early surprise in baby Kamela! This newborn session was really a dream, Kamela was sweet, sleepy and of course gorgeous, we were done in an hour and a half flat. Kamela was by far the smiliest newborn I’ve ever photographed! She also had by far the most wardrobe changes :) Grandma is a knitter and you can tell she has enjoyed knitting for this little one, every outfit had multiple hats to choose from, it was like playing dress up. Enjoy the sneak peek, so much more to come! I included a shot of mom and dad to show you where Kamela gets that easy smile and the 3 generations of ladies so loving and supportive of each other.

Meet 3 week old Noah and his almost 3 year old sister Oola! Noah was a little old for a newborn shoot, which just makes the whole shoot more difficult and more unpredictable. Add to that a 2 year old and lets just says prayers are in order, luckily I’m a girl always up for a challenge :) I must say I love newborn with sibling shoots! They are so, so hard, but so worth it if you can get a toddler and a newborn looking great in one frame. Oola was darling and so much fun to work with. Noah was as handsome as can be and while it took some extra work he did finally give in and sleep. Enjoy the sneak peek, much more to come…

Today Jacob came back for his four month shoot, how cute is he? I’m always excited to see my baby planners and see how they’ve changed and grown. Some babies look the same just bigger, and some look like a completely different entirely– that’s Jacob! He has just filled out so much, the chubby cheeks were killing me! What a cute guy, so happy and sweet. Enjoy the sneak peek, much more to come…
