My son Luke started kindergarten this year and little Johnny is one of Luke’s new buddies. My favorite model, my niece Brooke, came over for a photoshoot today for some new headshots and just some fun shots too! Today I met up with the cutest family at beautiful Bridgeport. We had planned for a lovely outdoor family session, but Mother Nature had other ideas! Newborn babies can be, well, unpredictable! And twins are just doubly so. The handsome guys I met today certainly did not disappoint :) But, if any two parents are ready for the adventure of raising twin boys it’s Ryan and Jennifer! Today I got to shoot maternity pictures of my wonderful friend Lisa! She wasn’t sure if she wanted to bring her son, didn’t think he would cooperate, but at the last minute I talked her into it. Today Jackson came over for a photoshoot with his mom and dad, I was instantly in love! The fuzzy head, chubby thighs, those eyes, ahh! So sweet!!! Today I met up with one of my baby planners, cute little JD! I love to see how much they grow between our sessions. JD is 9 months now and standing up like a big boy, crawling at super speed, you name it! We started our session outdoors then popped into the studio for some shots in his Christmas outfit. Today Jeremiah came for a vist for his first birthday photos! He got to help me break in the new studio, I’ll share a picture here at the end. I am so excited to have things up and running! You may remember this busy family, Jeremiah’s mom and dad were blessed with early, but healthy, twin girls when he was only eight months old! That’s right, 3 babies in eight months… let’s all say a little prayer for them :) You can see his baby sisters’ photoshoot and read their story here. Jeremiah was so cute I just wanted to keep him. I tried to sell him on the idea but he wasn’t biting. His mom so wanted a big beaming smile, but I love the shots we got. Jeremiah is a serious dude and we capture all of his cuteness just as he is.
