You may remember big sister Genevieve, she was a baby planner with me, I can’t believe how much she’s grown! Genevieve brought baby Charlotte to meet me and I just love the images of them together, what a great big sister she’s going to be!

Recently my husband and I visited Hawaii, without our kids! This was a first for us, in the 15 years we’ve been parents we’ve only ever left them overnight. While we were in Hawaii I was lucky enough to have a friend, Jenna at Creatrix Photography, photograph us. I am in love with these pictures! They captured us just the way I’d hoped, fun, playful, relaxed… just us as we are together everyday. After 24 years together it’s awesome to have pictures of us as a couple that aren’t from our wedding and we aren’t holding any kids. Thank you so much Jenna, these are priceless to me!

Meet sweet little Gavin! You may recognize Gavin’s family, I’ve been photographing big brother Brady since he was born. Actually… I think there’s an image from Brady’s first birthday shoot right up there in my blog header :) Brady is going to be an amazing big brother, he couldn’t have been sweeter with Gavin. Enjoy~

More twins! Kennede and Jaxon were a little older for a newborn session at 3.5 weeks old. Babies that age tend to be more difficult to get to sleep. These guys were funny ones in that Kennede slept the entire three and a half hours and Jaxon stayed awake for all but 10 minutes! We just had to roll with it but in the end I love the images we captured. Enjoy~

2012 has been such a fantastic year! I had 94 portrait sessions this year and had the pleasure of photographing 37 brand new people. Many of my former newborns came back to see me for milestones and family sessions. It is such a joy to be able to capture the very first portraits of so many children, I am truly honored by the trust families place in me. My own little family continued to prosper and grow, I am truly, truly blessed.
