Recently my husband and I visited Hawaii, without our kids! This was a first for us, in the 15 years we’ve been parents we’ve only ever left them overnight. While we were in Hawaii I was lucky enough to have a friend, Jenna at Creatrix Photography, photograph us. I am in love with these pictures! They captured us just the way I’d hoped, fun, playful, relaxed… just us as we are together everyday. After 24 years together it’s awesome to have pictures of us as a couple that aren’t from our wedding and we aren’t holding any kids. Meet sweet little Gavin! You may recognize Gavin’s family, I’ve been photographing big brother Brady since he was born. My little niece Cassandra also had a birthday this Fall! Enjoy Cassie’s first year in pictures!

 

More twins! Kennede and Jaxon were a little older for a newborn session at 3.5 weeks old. Babies that age tend to be more difficult to get to sleep. These guys were funny ones in that Kennede slept the entire three and a half hours and Jaxon stayed awake for all but 10 minutes! We just had to roll with it but in the end I love the images we captured. Enjoy~
